Holocaust
There is another skip 50 ELS of the key word שואה, holocaust, that occurs nearby an ELS of Hitler. This is not the most compact meeting between an ELS of Holocaust and Hitler. However we decided to explore this because of the skip 50 linkage. We find in the area around this meeting ELSs of Amalek and From 9th of Av.
In our time, all peoples whose goal is to annihilate the Jewish people are considered to be the spiritual descendants of Amalek. The date 9th of Av is a date on which many tragedies occurred. With respect to the Holocaust, it was on the 9th of Av, July 23, 1942, that the first group of people from Warsaw were put into the cattle cars going to the death camp of Treblinka.
