Dr. Moshe Katz
Dr. Moshe Katz is the author of the full-color book CompuTorah, 231 pages. This was the first English language book on Torah codes. He writes
It is not our aim to 'prove' the divine origin of the Torah, nor to establish the reliability of the 'skipping letters' technique. Our aim is to demonstrate to the reader what was meant by the Sages when they claimed, 'There is no subject not hinted at in the Torah.'
He was a professor at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Israel where he taught physical education.
