The Rabin Assassination: The Developments
On this page, we show developments of previous tables and some new tables. These developments did not necessarily happen with a completely a priori protocol, although most of the key words tried were a priori.
Each of the tables have an axis key word and the axis key word was chosen a priori. The axis key words included Yitzhak-Rabin, Rabin Assassination, Rabin will be assassinated, Rabin was assassinated, and the assassination year 5756. Supporting a priori key words included: the person who shot blank bullets, Yigal Amir; his Shabak provocateur, Avishai Raviv; the General Security Services, The Shabak; the name of the person who was the head of the General Security Services, Karmi Gillon; the name of the body guard who was thought to be either in Rabin's car in the front seat and who either shot Rabin or attempted to shoot Rabin, Yoav Kuriel; the name of the body guard who shot the body guard in the front seat of the car who attempted to shoot Rabin and who in the hospital shot the third bullet into Rabin that actually killed him, Yoram Rubin; and the verbs assassinate, will assassinate, or was assassinated; and the noun plot or frame-up.
The interactive technique set the cylinder size to be the skip of the axis key word and examined the area around ELSs of the axis key words looking for ELSs of the supporting key words. The examination was extended to setting the cylinder size to be near the skip of the axis key word or near half the skip of the axis key word. On occassion there were key words that were not included in the a priori list of supporting key words that were discovered by the examination. Such non-a priori words included Mosad, smell, financed, and murdered him. Assuming that all the key words in the tables were a priori, if the p-values were to be computed, they would each be small.
The next table does not have an ELS for Rabin and the only references to Rabin are indirect. However, this table has the first or last names of those who were the conspirators. This table comes from the section of Genesis in which Yaakov discusses the end of days.
In the next table the first or last names of all the Shabak conspirators appear, all but Karmi Gillon.
